Câmara Brasil-Alemanha de São Paulo

The Brazil-Germany Chamber of São Paulo (AHK São Paulo) has officially represented the German economy in Brazil for over 100 years, acting as a base for strengthening and diversifying its members' businesses, attracting investment to Brazil, expansion of bilateral trade and cooperation between both countries.

The institution represents 800 German and Brazilian companies that together generate around 10% of the Brazilian industrial GDP and directly employ 250,000 people.

In June 2020, Germany adopted a national strategy to achieve its decarbonization targets, strengthen German companies and promote the local supply of Green Hydrogen. Based on this strategy, the German government plans investments of up to 9 billion euros to leverage the topic nationally and internationally with partner countries.

Nesse contexto, a AHK São Paulo se posicionou como um agente estratégico do ecossistema local ao conectar e fomentar iniciativas entre importantes stakeholders nacionais e internacionais, fomentando, assim, o desenvolvimento da cadeia do Hidrogênio Verde no Brasil.
